Happy New Year! 2010 is on its way!

So once again, I'll be stuffing my face with more food. But it'll be for the last time this year. Sounds like things are about to end. Well, it sure is! At least, for the year. Time for new resolutions that you can't keep :P And it's also a time for new goals. So what'll it be for you guys?

We have just finished the remainder of the songs on guitar and bass. Our next step is to move on to recording keyboards within the next couple of days. =)

Definitely happy we are moving closer to the finishing touches on our album, The Dream Current.

Josh just finished recording his drum tracks! He did really well during his sessions =). Now it's bass and guitar on their way later today! *Sharon and Tim crack their knuckles*.

Our final show of '09 coming up at Texas Station Casino Hall in Vegas!!

We will be heading up to Las Vegas Nevada for a HUGE all years high school reunion bash on Nov. 7 at Texas Station. This will be our final show of '09 before another onslaught of shows in '10. Moving Forward

Things are definitely moving forward for Evertheory. With the help in photography from our good friend Jeff Sibal, finished production of 'Divided' video(currently being edited by director Monique Jacobs from TMaus Films), upcoming video production of 'Rain' in October, and studio work for our LP at Vskills Studio , things are lookin excellent. We would also like to thank everyone (fans, friends, family) in supporting us in this endeavor. Your support and inspiration have been a great boost and help us continue bringing you our musical passion!

New gears

Hi all,

Gary here. Just in case you don't know, I am the latest addition to the band as the keyboardist, and one of the backing vocalists.

a few update about the band: we have recently updated our musical gears! I just purchased a Roland V-synth GT, which is a very very powerful machine with a killer vocoder! Sharon just bought a new Schecter Ci1 Fr Hellraiser, a very nice guitar. As we grow, we will be having more upgrades so we can improve our sounds, please come to our shows to check out our new gears! Your support serves as the ultimate motivation for us to work harder. :)

Speaking of shows, we have 1 show coming up with our friends, Random Ninjas, at the Terrace restaurant in Pasadena on Oct 3rd. Come check us out!

Album Mastering

Last night was the first day of mastering our album. Our album is currently being mastered by John Hartman of Vskills Studio. The studio is based in Covina California(US) and their website is www.vskillsstudio.com. Check them out!

We will keep you posted and perhaps put up some pictures of us working in the studio. =)

Music Video Production coming soon!!!

We are well on our way to making videos for 2 of our songs. One will be filmed by our good friend, Monique Jacobs from Tmaus Films, which is set to begin by mid-September and the other will be filmed by our good friend, Jorge, set to begin in October. We will keep you posted!

Album Progress

We have finally finished recording all parts for the album. It is now being mixed down by our producer. Next, it will be fully mastered by another sound engineer. The release date may be for another month and a half.

ALL class years high school reunion!!

We are currently in talks of an all class years high school reunion for Sierra Vista High School alumni! One of our good friends will be organizing this special event and he has asked us to perform :). Of course, everyone is invited to this special event :). This will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada in November! More info coming soon!!!

Our next show will be at Que Sera which is in Long Beach on June 19 Friday. This will be the beginning of 'out of the area' shows we will be having soon. It should be another great show and hope to see many of you out there!

House of Blues Debut

We finally did it and actually played at the House of Blues at Hollywood on May 20th!!

The show turned out really well and all bands did spectacular!! We played with Courtenay Greene, 19AD, Siberian Summer Camp, and Magnuson. We had a great time and hope to play there again. The place is a very cool lounge place with a great view overlooking the Hollywood area.

Tribal Cafe Acoustic Show Tomorrow Night!

Just wanted to update you all on our acoustic show tomorrow night. The show will begin at 7:30pm. Free admission and all ages. It will take place at Historic Filipino town at Tribal Cafe, Los Angeles, CA. Details on directions are included on our shows section. This will be another great night of acoustic music as we introduce another very talented musician(Allison Rose) and also welcoming back our friend from Jafarian Knights(Paul Rigor).

Evertheory is Expanding!

Well, many of you may have followed our postings on myspace, however we are moving most of that blog activity here.

Evertheory mainly rehearses once a week on Saturday. This last time, we had the pleasure of informally auditioning our new keyboard player Augustine Duenaz. He is an old friend from the neighborhood, and he has a good ear. We had been entertaining the thought of auditioning a keyboard player for some time in order to free Sharon's guitar from some duties. With the addition

of synth, we can now have accented sounds and or droning in the background to enhance our sound.

We are really happy that Augustine has come along for the ride, and you all can look for his sound on at least one song on the album and also at future shows!

Album Recording Progress

We just wanted to update you all on our album recording. We are still at the studio working with our parts. And we are almost finished with the instrumentation. We will move on to the vocals and backup vocals within the next couple of weeks.

We will keep you posted! In the meantime, keep checking our show schedule as we continue to gig all over and around Los Angeles.
